At Andy Kashtan Jewellery, all items are handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 2 business days for your item to be dispatched. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number for easy order tracking.

Shipping and Delivery Information

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide an accurate delivery address, as parcels cannot be redirected once dispatched. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

All jewellery is carefully packaged in eco-friendly white paper gift boxes or brown craft paper, tied with cotton string, and stamped with the Andy Kashtan Jewellery logo. Each piece is then sealed in a plain, unbranded padded envelope for secure transit.

UK Delivery

  • Cost: FREE
  • Service: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm
  • Delivery Time: Next day by 1 pm after dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
  • Signature Required: Yes, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel. If you miss the delivery, promptly arrange collection to avoid return costs.

International Delivery

  • Cost: FREE, worldwide
  • Service: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days for Europe, 5-7 working days for other countries
  • Signature Required: Yes, ensure someone is available to sign upon delivery.

Customs and Import Duties: All international orders may be subject to customs checks and import duties, which are not included in the price. Customs processing can cause delays of up to 1-2 weeks. Fees vary by country and are determined by local authorities. We recommend contacting your customs office to understand any applicable fees.

EU Delivery Details

  • Under €150: Import VAT may apply, plus a possible handling fee.
  • Over €150: Subject to VAT, customs duties, and a carrier customs clearance fee.
