Is your jewelry handmade?

Yes, every piece is handmade from scratch in my London studio. Using time-honored silversmithing techniques, I ensure each piece is uniquely crafted. You may notice slight variations from the item pictured, which is part of the charm of handmade jewelry.

What materials do you use?

All jewelry is made from high-quality, 100% recycled sterling silver, 9ct recycled gold, and carefully selected gemstones from trusted UK suppliers.

Can I customise my jewellery?

Absolutely! Each piece can be tailored to your preferences. Finishes, gemstones, and dimensions can all be adjusted to meet your specifications. For further customizations, please get in touch with your ideas.

Can I change the chain length on a necklace?

Yes, various chain lengths are available. If you need a length that isn’t listed, just reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

We use high-quality sterling silver and gold, which are typically hypoallergenic and suitable for most skin types. If you have any specific concerns, feel free to reach out.

How do I know my ring size?

Finding your ring size is simple! You can try these methods:

  1. Use a Measuring Tape or String: Wrap a strip of paper, string, or a measuring tape around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length with a ruler. Compare this measurement to our size chart to find your perfect fit.

  2. Ring Sizer Tool: If you already have a ring that fits well, use an online ring sizer tool. Simply place your ring on the tool to find the corresponding size.

  3. Visit a Local Jeweller: For the most accurate measurement, visit a jeweler who can measure your ring size professionally.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping! Orders to Europe arrive within 3-5 working days, and those outside Europe typically take 5-7 working days. For secure delivery, we use Royal Mail’s Tracked & Signed service.

Do you ship within the UK?

Yes, we provide free UK shipping via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Your order will arrive by 1 pm the next working day after dispatch. Please ensure someone is available to sign for it.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Simply use the link provided to stay updated on your order’s progress.

Will my order be gift-wrapped?

Each jewellery piece is beautifully packaged to make a lasting impression. Choose between our classic gift box or eco-friendly kraft wrapping, both designed to elevate your unboxing experience. The classic gift box offers a polished look, while the rustic kraft paper wrap, adorned with natural twine, provides a charming, sustainable touch. Both options come with a “Thank You” tag and an optional personalised handwritten message card, making it a thoughtful gift ready to impress.

To ensure your jewellery arrives safely, it’s packaged in a plain, unbranded padded envelope.

Ordering & Discounts

How long does it take to create my jewellery?

Each piece is handcrafted to order and typically takes 2-5 business days to be ready for dispatch. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

What discounts are available?

To welcome you, we offer a 13% discount on your first purchase with the code '1STPURCHASE.' Sign up for our newsletter to receive an additional 10% off your next order! Plus, we occasionally run seasonal discounts on select items. (Note: Discounts cannot be combined.)

Can I cancel my order?

Can I return my order?

Due to the custom nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your jewelry arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Read more in our Returns Policy.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

We’re sorry if there was an error with your order. Please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange to send the correct item or provide a solution.
