Ring Sizing

How to Select Your Ring Size

Finding the perfect ring size can be tricky, but we’re here to make it as easy as possible! At Andy Kashtan Jewellery, we want every ring you purchase to fit comfortably and feel just right.

1. Understand the Sizing System
Ring sizes vary depending on the country. In the UK, sizes are typically represented by letters, while other countries often use numerical sizes.  If you’re unsure about your size, we recommend using our simple Ring Size Table or visiting a local jeweller for a professional measurement.

2. Measure Your Finger at Home

Follow these steps to measure your ring size from home:

  • Wrap & Mark: Wrap a strip of paper or a measuring tape around the base of your finger, making sure it’s snug but not too tight. Mark where the paper or tape overlaps.
  • Measure & Compare: Measure the length you marked with a ruler, then check our size chart to find the best match.

3. Use a Ring Sizer
If you already own a ring that fits well, you can use an online ring sizer tool. Try searching for “ring sizer online” or try the “Ring Sizer” app by Jason Withers on Android. Place your ring on the sizer to find the corresponding size.

4. Consider the Ring Style
The style of the ring can affect its fit. Wider bands often feel tighter than narrow ones. For wider statement rings, consider going up a half size to ensure a comfortable fit.

5. Account for Temperature & Time of Day
Your finger size can vary with temperature and the time of day. For the most accurate measurement, measure your finger at the end of the day when it’s warmest and likely to be at its largest.
